Whooo it’s wedding year for Bryan and Kristen! We spent so much time talking on Zoom and communicating through email that when we finally met in person for their engagement session, I really felt like we already knew each other. We spent our evening laughing and chatting through the woods before heading to downtown Grand Rapids for the infamous white wall that Kristen fell in love with on Instagram!

These two love birds are from the east side of Michigan and in their travels to Grand Rapids for their engagement session they took my advice, which I ALWAYS love. I recommend scheduling other things around your session to really level-up the experience! Some of my couples stay in their formal picture outfits and book a fancy dinner, some go out for ice cream at their favorite place, and Bryan & Kristen decided to spend the previous night exploring Grand Haven and it’s beautiful beaches. What a wonderful way to make the memories of wedding planning feel more relaxed 😉
