Well if this isn’t the most perfect engagement session then I don’t know what is! We had casual outfits and fancy ones. Christmas decor and water. Not to mention loads and loads of snuggles and kisses!

Morgan is a very special person to my family and I couldn’t be more excited to be photographing her wedding to Jon! My husband grew up next door to Morgan and her family and now that she lives in the Grand Rapids area she is my most trusted babysitter. The first thing Tatum said when she heard Morgan is getting married was “can she still be our babysitter?” and the first thing Lochy said is “can we go to the wedding? I know some really great styles. I can look really Hawaiish {Hawaiian? IDK.}” They obviously have their priorities straight 😉

I always love when my couples incorporate a special place that means something to them. In the past this has been anything from a family farm to a vacation destination. This time it was Reeds Lake, the very spot where Jon proposed to Morgan {and she said YES, obvi}. It was such a beautiful idea to return to this location that was the very beginning of the wedding planning!
