Pat and Raelynn | Blizzard Engagement Session | Yates Cider Mill | Rochester Hills, Michigan

FILED IN: Engagement

I am so excited to share this snowy and blustery engagement session with you! We rescheduled Pat and Raelynn’s engagement session {multiple times haha} due to weather and there was a very low chance of snow this day, until the skies opened up and we were hit with this blizzard! Oops. I’m not mad about it though. I think it adds a bit more magic!

The flexibility and ease that they showed around their engagement session was so refreshing! They truly saw this as just an experience to have fun with and mainly as an opportunity to practice before the wedding day. This is actually one of my biggest reasons for encouraging an engagement session! Knowing that you’ve already been in front of my camera, that you love me {because you will, wink wink}, and to see a product of that time together, can help to relieve {some of} your nerves and allow you to trust the process and enjoy the day. I love when my #mcivercouples understand and appreciate this!

Pat and Raelynn,

I hope that your wedding day brings as much magic as we experienced here! I can’t wait to be part of your downtown Detroit celebration <3
